Selling in your store

To add a product

1. Open Sell → Products and select New product.
2. Add a Name, One line and Description. Select Add a photo for photos.
3. Choose a Type: Physical or Download.
4. Under Price and stock, choose Single product or Multiple variants, and set Price and Quantity in stock.
5. Select Publish.

To handle an order

1. Open Sell → Orders and open an order.
2. Under Delivery, add the Tracking number and Carrier.
3. Select Email tracking to send it to the customer.
4. Under Status, select Start, then Mark complete.

Good to know

• A product saves as a draft once it has a name. Only your team sees it until you publish.
• For an order taken by phone or in person, select New order. Send the payment link emails the customer a link to pay.
• Refund only records the refund. No money moves from the dashboard.
• Private notes are never sent to the customer.
