Getting started: choosing your plan

Essentials — $25 a month ($250 a year). Hosting, email at your domain, the full dashboard and support.

Insight — $50 a month ($500 a year). Everything in Essentials, plus Research, Draft and Plan.

Larger organizations can talk with us about a custom plan.

To choose or change your plan

1. Open Settings → Billing. Only the owner sees this page.
2. Select Change plan, pick Essentials or Insight, and choose Monthly or Annually (a year costs ten months).
3. Read the line under the plans: it says what Stripe will charge before you confirm.
4. Select Continue to checkout for a new plan, or Move to … for a change. Stripe takes the payment.

Good to know

• Moving up is charged now for the rest of the period; moving down is credited on your next invoice.
• Your invoices are under Invoices on the same page, with a PDF for each.
• Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of what you've paid for.
• 5% of every payment goes to organizations doing repair, from our revenue, never added to your price.
