Your data is yours. We hold as little of it as we can.

What you type into our forms: your name, your organization, your email, the phone number you choose to give us, and what you tell us about the project. If you book a consult, we keep the time you picked. If you become a client, we keep the records of your project: your brief, your invoice, your payments, and any pledge you chose to make.

Our host records ordinary technical information about visits, like a request time and a browser type. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To answer you, to hold your consult time, to do the work you hired us for, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, and to keep honest records of money and agreements. That is the whole list.

A small number of services we depend on: our hosting and database provider, our email sender, and our payment processor. Each one sees only what it needs. Payment card details go straight to the processor; we never see or store a card number.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We will not hand it over to anyone else unless the law requires it, and if that ever happens we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.

Project and financial records stay as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Inquiries that never became projects are deleted once they are clearly cold. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. If you want out of everything, say so and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
